Our guidelines to ensure the best experience for all clients

Booking Policy

• Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person

• We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for weekends

• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to stylist availability

• All bookings will be confirmed within 2 hours via email or phone

• Please provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in a 50% charge

• No-shows will be charged the full service amount

• We understand emergencies happen - please contact us as soon as possible

• Rescheduling is free if done 24+ hours before your appointment

• Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings

Payment Policy

• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments

• Deposits (50% of service cost) required for appointments over 4 hours

• Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to future appointments

• Final payment is due at the end of your service

• Gratuity is appreciated but never required

• Prices are subject to change based on hair length, thickness, and complexity

Arrival & Punctuality

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment

• Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may result in shortened service or rescheduling

• If running late, please call us immediately - we'll do our best to accommodate

• Arriving early allows time for consultation and preparation

• Your appointment time includes consultation, service, and styling

Client Responsibilities

• Come with clean, detangled hair (or add takedown service to appointment)

• Bring reference photos if you have a specific style in mind

• Inform your stylist of any scalp sensitivities or allergies

• Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian

• Please limit guests to one person per client

• Respectful behavior is expected toward all staff and clients

Health & Safety

• We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation

• All tools and workstations are sanitized between clients

• We use only premium, high-quality products and extensions

• If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment

• We reserve the right to refuse service for health and safety reasons

• Smoking, vaping, and alcohol are prohibited on premises
